Non-Profit
Non-profit means not conducted or maintained for the purpose of making a profit. Instead, it operates to serve a public good. Any net earnings by a non-profit organization are used by the organization for the purposes of which it was established. Must have a Letter of Determination from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) stating that have met one of the requirements Section 501 of the Internal Revenue Code.
