Placarding
Placarding is a way to designate on commerical delivery vehicles that hazardous materials are being transported. Oxygen is considered a hazardous material when carrying more than 1,000 pounds, including the container weight, in a vehicle. Special Department of Transportation registrations (and maybe state) are required.
